Crossing the River 2020: March 28th

What it's all about:

In 2019, Lumunos offered retreats across the country called Crossing the River: Finding Resiliency in Times of Change. At these gatherings, we provided space to talk about normal changes we were experiencing, and tools and practices to navigate those changes. Today we find ourselves collectively navigating a change that is far from normal. None of us have been in these disorientating and uncharted waters before. In the liminal space we currently inhabit, Lumunos’ tools and practices are more timely than ever. This retreat will be relevant whether you participated in the one of our earlier Crossing the River retreats or not, and will provide: Guided exercises to reflect on how the Coronavirus or other changes are impacting your life and the lives of those you love;

• Engaging content drawn from sacred story, and research from the world of social science, psychology, and business;
• Tools and practices that can help you navigate all times of change and disorientation, and bolster your spirit;
• A caring, learning community in this time of physical distancing
