Listening to Emotions: Green with Envy

Envy is the focus of September’s Emotion of the Month LumZoom. We have all experienced it, though we feel it in different ways. Some people envy the material possessions of another; others envy a relationship someone else has, while still others might be envious of another’s sense of calm, peace, or spiritual life. Envy isn’t a positive emotion to feel, but if we listen courageously, it can teach us something.
