Implicit Bias: Racial Equity Insights

It is critical to understand how normal human psychological function can present barriers to effective racial justice/equity work. Attendees of this workshop will learn about the ways that implicit bias manifests as racial prejudice, the ways that various categories of privilege can increase the negative impacts of implicit bias on marginalized people, and strategies and tips on how to mitigate personal and organizational bias.

The regular attendee cost for this Online Gathering is $20. 

Our community believes in helping people live fuller, more authentic lives as they align their life choices and relationships with their sacred values. We also believe that finances should not be a barrier to participation in this journey. For that reason, we have made two additional price levels available: $30 and $10. If you choose the higher level, your generosity will help subsidize the costs for those who are less able to afford this program. We encourage you to select the price you are most able to afford.
