Doug Wysockey-Johnson, Executive Director


Doug is a gifted leader who is skilled in communicating organizational vision, facilitating retreats, and working in creative ways with Biblical texts. He possesses great insights concerning relational theology, group processes and God’s call. Doug brings a love of writing to Lumunos, which is good, since he is our content editor!

Betsy Perry. Development Coordinator


Betsy’s impressive “professional toolbox” is filled with a hammer for “pounding” out issues and challenges (problem-solver); a divining rod for sensing and intuiting what lies ahead and where we might want to go; lots of measuring sticks to make sure we are organized and meeting our goals; and lubricants (WWJD 40) to make things go as smoothly as possible.

Tiffany Montavon, Emerging Program Coordinator


Tiffany is skilled in communication techniques, retreat leadership, and body prayer. She brings a team orientation, creative ideas, love of spiritual development, and an understanding of multiple intelligences to retreat creation and leadership.

Bill Johnson, Operations Coordinator


Bill brings a variety of computer/technological/relational skills to support Lumunos. He is our bookkeeper and go-to-guy on matters of technology. He brings an inquisitive mind to analyze problems and work toward solutions. Bill also has musical talents and great Biblical understanding.
